1. Introduction

By accessing or using United Carz (“the Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Platform serves as an online marketplace for users to sell, rent, or purchase used vehicles. These Terms govern your use of the Platform and disclaim liability for illegal activities conducted by users, as outlined under Thai law.

2. User Eligibility

Individuals: Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering binding agreements under Thai law.

Corporate Entities: Businesses must authorize representatives to act on their behalf.

Accurate Listings: Provide truthful, non-misleading information about vehicles (ownership, condition, mileage, etc.).

Ownership Verification: Warrant legal ownership/authority to sell/rent listed vehicles.

Prohibited Activities:

• List stolen, counterfeit, or illegally modified vehicles.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, odometer tampering, or VIN manipulation.
• Violate the Computer Crimes Act B.E. 2550 or data privacy laws.
• Post false, defamatory, or infringing content.

The Platform reserves the right to remove listings and report violations to Thai authorities.

การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย: ดำเนินธุรกรรมทั้งหมด (การขาย การเช่า การซื้อ) ตามกฎหมายไทย รวมถึงประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค พ.ศ. 2541 พระราชบัญญัติการขนส่งทางบก พ.ศ. 2522 และ พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองผู้บริโภค พ.ศ. 2562

การตรวจสอบความเป็นเจ้าของ: รับรองความเป็นเจ้าของ/อำนาจตามกฎหมายในการขาย/ให้เช่ารถยนต์ที่ลงรายการ

กิจกรรมต้องห้าม:

ลงรายการรถยนต์ที่ถูกขโมย ปลอมแปลง หรือดัดแปลงโดยผิดกฎหมาย

กระทำการฉ้อโกง ฟอกเงิน ดัดแปลงมาตรวัดไมล์ หรือดัดแปลง VIN

ฝ่าฝืนพระราชบัญญัติอาชญากรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550 หรือกฎหมายความเป็นส่วนตัวของข้อมูล

โพสต์เนื้อหาที่เป็นเท็จ หมิ่นประมาท หรือละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์
แพลตฟอร์มขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการลบรายการและรายงานการละเมิดต่อหน่วยงานของไทย

4. Account Management

User Information: Provide accurate details during registration.

Account Security: Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

Termination: The Platform may suspend/terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Listing stolen, counterfeit, or illegally modified vehicles.

Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or misrepresentation.

Tampering with vehicle odometers or VINs.

Posting false advertisements or infringing content.

Violating the Computer Crimes Act B.E. 2550 (2007) or data privacy laws (PDPA B.E. 2562).

The Platform reserves the right to remove listings and report illegal activities to Thai authorities.

โพสต์โฆษณาเท็จหรือละเมิดเนื้อหา

ฝ่าฝืนพระราชบัญญัติอาชญากรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550 (2550) หรือกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA B.E. 2562)

แพลตฟอร์มขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการลบประกาศขายและรายงานกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมายต่อหน่วยงานของไทย

6. Platform Disclaimers

No Verification: The Platform does not verify ownership, vehicle legality, or listing accuracy. Users must conduct due diligence (e.g., inspect vehicles, check registration).

As-Is Basis: Listings are provided “as is.” The Platform disclaims warranties regarding safety, condition, or legality.

Third-Party Transactions: All agreements are between users. The Platform is not liable for disputes, damages, or breaches.

The Platform shall not be liable for:

• Illegal actions, fraud, or misrepresentation by users.
• Damages arising from transactions, including financial loss, accidents, or legal penalties.
• Third-party content (e.g., links to external sites).
• Technical errors, viruses, or service interruptions.

Users agree to indemnify the Platform against claims related to their misuse.
